We all know that water isn’t the best tasting drink i the world, but it does flush out your system and promotes a flat stomach. The next time you are thinking about popping that top on a cold soda, grab water instead. You should be drinking anywhere from 6 to 8 glasses everyday.
It’s not as hard as you may think. Start off slow and before you know it you won’t have to think about drinking it. It will be like second nature.
Find Your Motivation
This may take some time to do, but everyone has something that they can use for motivation to get rid of belly fat. Think about this for a minute, how fat would you get without motivation?
Probably a month or two! Your initial rush would carry you at first then after that you would get bored or lose interest. So find your motivation and go for it!

If your goal is to lose 4 inches off your waist put it in writing. This gives you something to shoot for. Make it up in your mind that you won’t stop until you reach your goal. Then you just set another goal that you can achieve. This won’t be easy, but if you set goals for yourself you should be able to obtain them.
